1,250 axed auto dealers file to appeal shutdown

At least 1,250 dealerships that got the axe from Chrysler and General Motors as the Detroit giants went through bankruptcy have filed notice that they will appeal their shutdown, according to the American Arbitration Association.

was a bad thing that happened to them and their customers. I hope they get redemption.

No kidding.
The only local Dodge dealer left around my area (O.C. Joseph) apparantly won't do warranty work unless they sold the car.
Apparantly Chrysler HQ confirmed this to a friend of mine on the department who was trying to get a Caravan radio replaced.

the dealer here where I live said they will work do any warranty work. sometimes its the only way they can make some money.
