Well I added the chrome fuel cap but stupid me I put a couple scratches in the paint around the opening...Grrrrrr.
The hand drawn then photocopied instructions where vague at best.
Well I needed some TorRed touch up anyway.

the instruction say to push out the old rubber insert from the backside through the wheel well. no need to pry from the from and chip the paint.

get some touch-up paint on any bare surface as soon as possible.

i had the chrome fuel door and side stripes even before my car came in.

bummer, sucks when you put the scratches yourself.
i have a ding in my hood that still makes me sick even though
i am the only one that can ever see it unless i point it out.

I KNOW ITS THERE
yep damage you do yourself is somehow 10X worse than a ding from someone else it seems.

that's because you can't yell at anybody else for doing it. ahh, take it out on the wife, that's what i would do.

What was very nice though is that my wife ordered it for me without my even knowing about it.
No special occasion just a "hey here you go" sort of thing.
wow, never got one of those in my life.

I have an MIA bracelet for an Army medic from SVN - My guy (1971) made it home so sent the bracelet to him :)

Check out the wheel centers on the "Holy Sh-t - are these gorgeous" thread
