and there is also one during the Contraband days festival in May in Lake Charles. either way, I sure would like to be one of the cars on display inside of the Civic center.

this is a 2 day show.Saturday and Sunday.

Last year I went and it was raiuning. Had just bought my car then. drove down there and there were NO new or old Challengers in the show. There was a 68 cuda there but that was it. I could have washed mine and out itin the show.;)

and the display of cars on the inside of the Civic Center was low too. the weather was probably the culprit.

Well, I'm kind of torn between showing inside or outside. Though it would be cool to have my car inside under the lights, the pearl coats on our cars wouldn't sparkle like out in the sun. Entry fees are kind of high even in this economy, it better be outstanding. Of course I'm just saying this because I'm cheap:neener:.

the cars that are shown on the inside are mostly the real good show cars. Last year with the weather, it was about 3/4 full with the on area of the civic center about 1/2 full. I dont know if you could request inside or not,. I can call and find out though. and see ha tthe insode fees are or if it is a request by owner. Midnight Fantasies club is a pretty big club down there.

One thing for sure if you are insode, then your car wont be rained on and you are in the spot light with all the other fine looking cars. :thumbupleft:

we have a place to stay if some of us want to go to this 2 day show. I know that there is a $50 inside show fee if you want your car displayed with the big dogs. or $40 for having them outside.

My son shares a trailer with a guy in Lake Charles and we could stay there if we wanted. of course the floor and what sofas would be available.

anyone else interested in this. my son is taking that weekend off to put his truck in the show too. I plan on putting mine inside (not movable if it is inside but out of the weather and in with the high dollar stuff ;)) he is parking outside. those car leave after each day and return the next.

I have a place to stay if anyone is interested.
