I almost bought a challenger 392 srt w/ scatpack while briefly looking at the numbers the Hellcat was already producing 'naturally' on (90 octane fuel about 670 hp +/- a few hp) and took a 48 hr. break before purchase researching.

Long story short "I barely graduated algebra" I decided to just go with the cat. It seemed to be the way to go to save a few dollar$ in terms of immediate performance without all the extra time spent and hassel of upgrading.

I looked at some dyno averages from the shops (I took the time to call arround to several shops) and the average octane lvl being (90 so it seems?) gettinng around 670 ponies 'give or take a few' hp..

I'm considering upgrading a few things on my cat... "Tires are most important part of a vehicle yes/no?" so I was considering starting there 1st... Than. loking into "In orde after tires" 2.85 pull upgrade, gears 3.09, driveline "Saving future problems" fuel delivery system and supercharger.

I'm not tryiing to break a world record from a 392 ci. engine but being the 42 yr old man that I am 'possibly sufffering from a midlife crisis' I would enjoy knowing that I can feel confident knowing that the much needed viagra comes in handy.

With that said I would like to upgrade but NOT without the advice from the experienced people in the forum. Is my pecking order correct? I did the recon, I'm just waiting on the order.

What tires? What upgraded fuel delivery system? What super charger ' Kenne Bell, Magnuson Whippel etc...

I look foward to much needed advice.

Thx, Dave

My advice is to talk to one of the many builders about what should be first, besides tires. That’s a no brainer. The way your talkin you should see if they have a deal on 6 packs.
Hhp runs the fastest hellcat

Modern muscle
Petty performance
