Pistol - grip shifter

Just recieved Hurst pistol grip shifter today. How do you access the existing 6-speed assembly to remove.

The ole man has returned from the mountains. Now I need to install this new 71-74 hurst pistol grip shifter.

Here you go Mike. Kind of labor intensive, but it goes back together quick.
