So I plan on using 17" Torque Thrust Ms with some sticky DRs for the track
The set suggested to me is linked here, but they said I would need 1/8" spacers.

The bolt circle is 5x4.5inches which equals to a 5x114.3mm and our Challengers are 5x115mm. So the question is, how do the spacers make the rims fit with no problems?

maybe a clearance issue with the calipers Chris, only thing I can think of. BTW, nice rim choice for sure. :thumbupleft: :thumbupleft: :thumbupleft:

A spacer wouldn't fix the difference in bolt pattern size. But if it uses washers with an offset center, it would work. Personally I'd stick to rims that have the exact bolt pattern - never liked the idea of using offset washers.

Chris, I called Auto Tech (442-5648) and they have 2 aluminum Charger rims in 17x7 for $100 each. They didn't have anythign in 9" wide. I know they're kinda high, but any rim to fit our cars are. If interested, ask for Debra.

Thanks Jack! I'll see what the widest DR that can fit on a 7" wide rim are

If I like the 18's I may look into the Cragar or Boss 338. More available tire options in an 18.
