Admin-I have a mac also, but how do you screen shot?

Open Grab. Choose 'Capture' then Screen, or Timed Screen. It's probably in Apps, Utilities.... I have it docked since I use it so much.

I forgot to mention.... Grab only saves as tiff files, so I copy from Grab to Pixelmator (my mac graphics progam) and save as jpg or png before attaching (so it will show the thumbnail). You could also upload to your album here as a tiff, and then link to the image in the post.
