So I filled out the from on Dodge.com to see the resale value of the car I'm now leasing. To do so, you must fill in some fields that may not apply at that time, like which model are you looking to buy and how soon. Normal stuff used for marketing.

Then I get this in the email...

Did you catch the spelling of Challenger?
Now I know some people struggle with spelling. But when you are spelling an item that you sell, for a living, using electronic communications, at the very least learn to spell check.

So, that's my Dealership Experience for the week. Let's hear yours.

Zatz teu funney......

But seriously I like these guys at Szott and I would buy from them again.
I now have a very good friend because the purchase of my Challenger.
His name is Eric Maier and he sold me my beloved.
I have nothing against Szott. :) Leased my last two cars from them, and my niece works for one of their other dealerships.

And I gotta say. The response was fairly quick, on a Saturday even.

They are quick to respond! They get customers from far away alot and in most cases that person can drive away that day. THey know they are out in the boonies and they make sure if at all possible you drive home that day.

I remember I showed up on a Saturday and was handed the keys to many Challengers to test drive..... but I still came back to the silver one I saw at the museum that thursday night.
Boonies? Sure, they aren't on Woodward, but M59 is a busy road. And yeah, they do seem to draw customers from quite a distance. I think they are like the 5th or 6th in actual miles from home for me.

Well its not the boonies like where my family lives up in Harrison but they are far from alot of major roads except M59. THey are like 50 miles rom where I live. I make a day of it when I take her in for oil changes on Saturdays.

You know hang with my salesman, play some fooseball, drink some coffee etc.... etc.... I end up there for about 4 hours when the car took like 20 minutes or so to do.

Ok, I'll give ya that. Besides M59, the only other major road is US23. And lots of farm land once you get out to 23.
